✨ Return Policy – Because it happens to everyone
At Teddy’s Corner, we want every order to bring a smile… but we understand that sometimes, little bumps can happen.

⏳ Return window
You have 15 days after receiving your order to contact us if something isn’t right. After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns.

📋 Return conditions
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Personalized or clearance items cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).

⚒️ How to proceed
Email us at lecoindeteddy@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation.
We’ll send you the return instructions.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll check its condition. If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (or a store credit, if you prefer).

⚠️ Important
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
